Singing to Help Children
Georgia Napolitano has dreamed all her life of a career in singing. Her start has had its up and downs, but her voice has charmed and inspired thousands and she remains hopeful that her time will come. But thats not her only dream. Georgia has been around the world and knows the people who need help most are children. She has willingly used her successes to help promote the causes of children everywhere. Her latest devotion is children with Autism.
Autism is a very profound condition that leaves friends, family and concerned neighbors confused about what they can do to help these children in need. Raising community awareness is one way everyone can help and Georgia is determined to do that.
Georgia's band, Georgia and the Boys, will join other teen bands to bring attention to a local nonprofit that provides educational and medical support for children affected by childhood development diseases including autism. Teens4Autism will host this exciting event.
Her passion for both music and helping children will continue to come together whenever possible. The photo shows Georgia holding the cup that she recently won at the ASPVA (Austin School of the Performing and Visual Arts) Youthcast competition.
